Blaming Silva is pointless. This lot of players have shown theyre unprofessional cowards under numerous managers. The pattern is the same, put half an effort in whilst the transfer window is open and a new man is in charge then just slack off as soon as your place in the squad is secured for another season. Moshiri needs to make it clear to this group of players that Silva is going nowhere and that their cards are marked for January. If they get even a sniff that they might get Silva out they’ll do it because they’ve done it before.
