I would agree only Moyes never did what he should have done. Kendall should never have gone and indeed return. Moyes was always fighting the tide of investment. His fire went out when Lescott went. His biggest mistake was away to Fiorentina.

So the pitchforks will be out for the latest scapegoat now. Manager after manager getting slaughtered every season and nothing changes. Everything about this club is a total joke from boardroom to box office. I'm beyond caring at this stage. Silva won't see the season out and we'll stumble over the line to the usual mid table finish which will no doubt leave the powers that be very happy.....

Same here. Been struggling to get excited about us for a long time.

Mid-table is fine for the owners: as long as the Prem TV money keeps coming in, and the fans keep selling out Goodison, all is well. The rest is just nothing will be the same marketing guff.

5 games 6 points against some terrible opponents. It looks like he can’t organise a defence. Sounds familiar. 1 point against Huddersfield and West Ham at home. This isn’t right. I will wait for all those signings to come in and judge but we really have some terrible players. Holgate this is a absolutely terrible performance. Worse than Keane.
