Honestly I supported him, to a point, I mean I thought his appointment was what we needed at the time.

Not sure I could have supported a 2nd season tho, pretty sure I turned on him well before the end.
I supported the team, but not him.

It’s an absolute stain on our history that that man was ever our manager. The fact that he can forever be referred to as “former Everton manager Sam Allardyce” makes me feel physically ill.

Stuart Pearce then on Talk Sport, went on how great the buys Wolves made in the summer were then when asked about Everton just said they shouldnt of got rid of Sam, said Silva is under pressure to do better and went back to talk about Wolves?

Hearing Dean Saunders saying Everton paid £35m for a player who misses open goals and plays until November.

Says it’s a great deal for Watford and he expects us to struggle this season as he not convinced about Silva.

All the other clowns on BT sport nodding

Stuart Pearce just said on Talksport that he was amazed that we got rid of Allardyce, as he got us to "9th" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With Durham agreeing with him.

I don`t think they hate us, I just don`t think that anyone out of the so called " Big Six " matters commercially to them, so they`re not arsed and don`t need to know their stuff about anyone else. Anyone outside of the top six is of no relevance to them.

Lets be honest the media are all fuming we had the gall to sack Big Sam thats the top and bottom of it.

I would love for us to win tonight and for Silva to use this as a siege mentality and slowly listen to them all pipe down.

To be fair, saunders also said on Thursday that Mina would give us a really solid back line “alongside Ashley Williams and Keane, along with Baines and the Irish lad whose name I can’t remember”
