What's depressing is we never even look likelyin those big games anymore. There's a obvious gap in quality but we lack mentality and desire even of a Wolves.

We had our chance to push way ahead of them.

But then we had the Bolasie summer. And then the number 10’s summer.

It’s going to to take absolutely ages before we have a ‘team’.

I think most people are more concerned about the commitment, tactics, and overall predictably.
If people could see all of the above improve I think most people would willingly accept a mid table finish

What disturbs me is we don’t look like a team with what we’ve got. Hate to be a scratched record but we play in three sections and it’s killing us. Zero flow from front to back. You could read War & Peace during our counter-attacks.

The signings we made in the Summer, from what I gather none of them are on massive money, Bernard apart due to him being a free transfer, there are plenty of quality hungry players that dont think they deserve 120k a week, yet.

Players on low wages will likely be squad players which we have enough of.

3 players are needed to take us to the next level.
A clinical striker with pace your looking at 60-80m
A box to box midfielder someone like a young spurs dembele again 60m
A centre back who is a leader someone like koulibaly again 60-80m.

Or we can sit back look for someone on low wages and write off another season.

Well Brands just got us Digne for 18m, so im not sure you have to pay big money to get quality players.

Its about getting to May, punting a shed load of players and preparing as best we can ready to go in August for me like.

Last 6 weeks has been a complete kick in the balls considering the positive way we started the season.

tbf we started the season pretty poor but picked up considerably in the middle part. But I agree completely with the sentiment.
