I see in his interview that he has confirmed that we may be spending again in the January transfer window if the right players are available. Wonder what the "sell to buy" posters make of all this ?
You never know , they may admit that they have been wrong all along. Then again .......

If you'd showed me that a year ago I'd have been buzzing. Would also have been wondering who that tall bloke at the back was

A lot of attacking stats are showing us to be up there with some of the best in the league. If Silva can find a cure for our set piece ills is there reason to be hopeful that he could actually have us up challenging in the top 4 not this season but potentially in the future? I know the sample size is small but we’ve probably earned less points than our performances deserve, and some of those are now looking better given how well Wolves and Bournemouth are plying and we were fuming we didn’t beat either of them.

yes , the bootlace indicator is very valuable in assessing what degree of Machiavellian scheming Capt Jags is up to. Osman is obviously doing an effective counter-espionage job.
The white smoke when they announce a new pope is usually generated by the cardinals burning white football laces in an incense bowl - fact!

Read up until the part where he writes "On-Loan duo Yerry Mina and Andre Gomes". I can't stand lazy journalism.

"So far this season, only Manchester City, Arsenal and Chelsea have scored more goals from open play." - was an interesting stat though, if true.

Yeh it’s true that fact. Apparently we’re also 3rd for time spent in the opposition third.

I`m really looking forward to all the bedwetters and Alardyce acolytes being forced to eat their words too.
