His tactics are very one dimensional when teams sit deeper against us. Slow build up down the flanks and hoof in an aimless cross. I'm not a fan. He has to work this out.

He also needs to cut out the diabolical performances. There's no consistency. He needs to remove the old guard who have interest in helping us move forward. Back to back wins is like winning a trophy to our perennial losers. They need moved on.

I don’t understand why he didn’t make changes earlier.

We were awful first half, conceded straight away second half and he still waits an age before changing it - then doesn’t make any other changes until last five minutes!?!?

When the team plays like they did then his job his to shake things up, make subs and show them it’s not acceptable - no matter if you have won the last 3.
