The only argument to keep him is based on people not wanting to be perceived as a "sacking club" and blind faith he can turn it around despite the evidence shown this season that he doesn't have a clue.
He's done nothing positive since we lost the Anfield Derby. His tactics do not impress me. The players and results have not improved.
Boot him out the door at season's end because we've seen all he has to give.
I'd rather take a chance on someone new than persist with the devil we know.
I completely get this view point and if he got the boot in the Summer it wouldn`t surprise me.
However,I feel that due to the mess that Walsh / Koeman left behind, him and Brands together need one more window to get shut of as many of the duds as possible and also to replace them with better more productive players ( hopefully ).
We would know pretty early into the season if they`ve got it right.
Plus, you would hope that if this the case, that Brands has a ready made replacement lined up in the background, rather than a turkey like Allardyce.
I suspect we will know pretty soon after the season finishes which way we are going to go.
