It's so obvious that Silva was appointed, because he was the dirt cheap option.Looking at the last 8 of the FA Cup is depressing. There was an opportunity missed there.Yeah yeah yeah Rome wasn't built in a day, we need stability and all that bs.But this Silva bloke doesn't even seem capable of building a meccano set, nevermind Rome! We're too happy to placidly accept failure and mediocrity at Everton.
I don't think he was cheap mate given the compensation we are probably going to end up paying Watford.

I’ll be honest I never wanted Martinez, Koeman or Silva but hoped they would somehow change my mind, as soon as it was going downhill It was harder to give them a chance. Out of all Silva was the one I wanted least and I’ve seen bar a couple of games to make me want to back him. I honestly don’t see how he can justify another two years.
I feel like this sums me up as well. Martinez was great in that first year and gave us lots of hope but he completely changed the style in his second year and our defence went to pot.

Koeman I never saw the appeal and wanted Favre. Still didn't care even when we were 7th but about 20 points behind 6th.

Silva really never should have been hired in the first place as he "accomplished" less than either Martinez or even Koeman.

We know mate.

You’ve been telling us all day and everyday since you joined.

I just cant sit quiet and let this fella destroy our club mate. People will understand once the tide of public opinion see's Mosh wield the axe and we can look forward to some competitive football next season under a new coach.

We all need to do our bit. :pint2:

I personally gave Martinez and Koeman more time than either deserved, Martinez defo had to go, but I was honestly 50/50 when Koeman was sacked.

I didnt want either and I defo didnt want this Jarg Jose clown but I dont get all the "SACK HIM NOW" stuff, I honestly believe some fans punch the air when we get beat cos it gives them something to rant about.

For now hes gets at the very least the next 2 games for me, if we have 2 defeats, that would be 5 on the run, would be tough to see how he survives that.

At least Martinez fell on his own sword.

I don't even think Koeman knew what he was doing while spending more money then anyone in the club's history.

Real shame that he's still here but we've got to back him now for the next game at least.
He got a not very good team, invested 100 M and made the team and the results even worse. The guy is in for a knighthood!
I think a random guy taken from the street would at least get the some results. A decent person after the game against Spurs (2:6 but the right result should have been 2:10) would have taken the first flight back to Portugal. He should be ashamed about the stuff served up!

Honestly lads its not healthy, we havent played a game for 9 days and some of you are still frothing at the mouth.

Hes not getting sacked.

He was given a 3 year contract and the club will allow him to see it out.

Accept it and move on.
Only way I see that happening is if the club pulls a Napoli and sticks him on gardening leave.

I am sure our fabulous board will wait for us to lose the next three games before they pull the trigger, then expect a new manager to get us out of the relegation scrap.
