Sigurdsson struggled but taking him off was not the answer. Marco had to find a way to bring him into the game. Instead he hooked him off for another striker.
Very, very poor decision.

Agree, we could have put him out left and stuck dcl or niasse up front alongside cenk. We really didn't have many options from which to change the game though because of how many were injured.

I like that he started with Digne next time it's Kenny too - and only one of either Schneid, Davies or Gana. My Saturday's are [Poor language removed] enough without having to watch square and back passes from those three all afternoon.

Our best football this season was sitting back hitting on the break. We have the players to do it but we choose something completely opposite today. No pace no creativity just aimless passing.

Unbeaten against some of the poorest teams in the division - scant consolation. This is Everton and we need better.
