We have such good record at hiring delusional manager it’s incredible
Not when you’ve had Kenwright & Moshiri making the selection. Issues with Martinez, Koeman, Allardyce & Silva were flagged up on this site before they were appointed leading to the inevitable conclusion that they are idiots.

I can’t defend him any more

This is worse than Martinez. I’d have backed Martinez to come good at the end of the season. Given time.

I’d rather have moyes back than carry on like this.

hi ste..

nice to have you aboard the silva out bus... please take your seat next to @Toffee Tim

nice to have you aboard

I'd settle for some old fashioned spirit now, with a few points here and there.

It can't be that hard, can it? Sending out as balanced a team as we can with a shape that at least tries to get the best from what we have.

A bit of organisation, pride, and hard work thrown in.

We do seem to have a toxic bunch of shysters playing for us, eminently Silva can't get anything out of them.

They have downed tools again, yet again.

Silva is out of his depth against these types of ingrained issues, the players are just chewing him up, to be spat out shortly.

Who can come in and stamp authority on this bunch? That is the question.

We know who can't though, we have proof enough.

We aren't a social experiment David. We need to approach every game looking to win.

To suggest a season is not about "points gathering" makes no sense. Why play matches then? Why don't we just play training games and experiment all we like.

You will be proven wrong again just like you were with Roberto.

He's just completely contradicted himself over Martinez there.

1st season he's lambasted him as the messiah after his points total. 2nd and 3rd when it all went to hell, it wasn't about points etc, but building and clearing out the rebels.

He's just a wum.

Two managers who were limited but one thing they knew was how to dig out results when needed. Not sure silva does.

I am not saying he will dig us out but we just don't know. Didn't think Moyes or Allardyce would either considering the rubbish that they were offering. We are in a bad bad rut but we usually have them most seasons

we are crap.at the back, don't get many chances at goal ,win less than we lose ,hadn't played well since Xmas just why are there people supporting this fella.
I don’t think people are actually supporting him like myself, i just don’t want to see another manager sacked so soon..
He is walking on very thin ice and he may only have one or two games left to actually show something..

He'll be retained and given the first half of next season.

There is no other game in town. The DoF and owner both know he's trying to re-build with young players.

It takes time....although buyng him a much needed striker would have helped him enormously to keep the knee jerkers at bay.

It is what it is.

Onwards and hopefully upwards.

You know there will be no difference and by the time some people would said let’s give him the remaining of the season.

It's 17 days till our next match he needs replacing as soon as possible and get a caretaker in till the end of the season.I don't like Moyes but I would have him too try and get something out of this mess.
