My biggest concern with Silva (particularly how his Watford team collapsed to a grim Everton) was his game management/ability to hold on to a lead.

Needs to start making proactive, rather than reactive changes.

Absolutely hate manager who decide to attack instead of defending a lead with 10 men. Today’s game has Martínez written all over on it.
