Everton’s new manager will be joined by his staff – assistant manager João Pedro, goalkeeping coach Hugo Oliveira, technical scout Antonis Lemonakis and fitness coach Pedro Conceição.

Hugo is a fantastic goalkeeping coach.

But how the heck did be get the Everton job? He's had two half seasons at two premier league clubs, one where he got them relegated and the other sacked after a stack of losses.

Silva's a big gamble but it's going to be exciting to watch Everton again. He damaged his reputation by being willing to ditch Watford so quickly but hopefully he's learned his lesson and will build a young attacking team aided by Brands.
We need to get behind him as there's a massive rebuild job on their plate and that'll take time and patience. It's great to be able to actually look forward to watching Everton again. Viva MnM (Marco n Marcel).
