Timeline goes something like this:

1. Some random bloke on twitter read Zatara's wet dream post on here about Gallardo

2. Said random bloke on Twitter asks Hills for a price on Gallardo to be the next EFC manager and subsequently sticks a pony on it thinking he's quids in at 16/1.

3. Other young bucks browsing Hills twitter feed see this and think "wor dat fella must be ITK" and proceed to stick their pocket money on Gallardo to be the next EFC boss.

4. Slowly but surely Gallardo to EFC price drops significantly and is picked up on here as a sure thing that he's our next manager.
