I'd say he would be the perfect fit for us if we actually went down, as someone already said, its a little early for him, especially in a relegation battle in the Premier League!

He plays converted centre mids or wingers as wing backs in his 3-4-2-1 formation instead of watching Mykolenko & Seamus scared to go over the halfway line!

I have googled him now. I remember him as a player but had forgotten he was on the coaching staff. Maybe it is a bit too soon and we probably won't take the risk, but if he was up for it I'd rather go down that route.

We have no money to spend on players, we have a desperately poor squad of players that do seem to be trying but who are utterly bereft of talent and we have a fanbase that has become toxic and has taken to physically attacking young players like Gordon.

They trapped his car, didn’t they? And then banged on the windows etc.

But even verbal abuse can be damaging to a young player. Just look how it wrecked John Stones’ confidence when he was here.

Silva all day long. Arteta needs to get experience at another club that is not Everton to see if he has anything about him. Don't understand the hate for Silva either who has shown that sh1te teams can actually play footy with correct tactics but in time the shiteness eventually comes through...

I did vote, I voted for Silva and I think my reasoning then would be the same reasoning now. We can all sit from a position looking back saying we would do something differently.

It was out of order, shouldn't have happenned, but it was undeserved stick/verbals rather than violence, and I do not believe there is evidence he was "physically attacked".
