All the reports state that Carlos is Kevin’s preferred choice. Honestly DOF should appoint the manager. The board and owner need to step back last 8 years they have proved they know nothing.

It should be Kevin’s choice and his alone. Why any of the rest of them are even involved is absurd, but completely unsurprising. It’s literally the DoFs role and if I was Kevin I’d quit on principle.
