I can't see moyes leaving a team challenging for the champions league and going to one in a possible relegation fight and with ffp issues to deal with aswell. Add to that we are the crisis club in the Premier league.

I think thats who they will approach first 100% but it's a slim chance that he leaves West Ham even at the end of the season. He could get top 4 there or at least Europa again. We'll be lucky to get 10th this season on our current form. But never say never. If he does come it'll be on a stupid wage with silly contract demands no doubt
You're probably right but personally I think he's been desperate to come back for a while. He's got all his cronies still here and probably still sees the club as his baby if you like. I think it might be easier to get him back than it looks. Not that I want him back like. I don't.

Absolutely no way moyes would even give us a second thought and i for one am glad. We've been there once and admittedly it brought us stability (which i would love at the moment) but thats all so it's a no from me.

Why is this statement by Brands being taken as fact that it was aimed at Benitez?.
If a game is lost and a person is claiming its not just because of the quality of the players playing, what other reasons are there? Tactics maybe? Motivation? You know, the things a manager is responsible for.

I will never lower my expectations as low as Benitez.
I said it at the time to friends but if Benitez was not a former kopite he would have been the ideal choice for many this summer.

Not discounting anyone's concern over his tactics, style of play or even personality behind the scenes mind you, plenty of that as well.

but on paper, Kopite aside he was the best candidate for many fans for what he has achieved at the levels he has managed at.
