I've been a lot more defensive over Brands than you, but that deal seems very poor to me. I would love to know what his plan is to actually sell any players for a profit? It's the 3rd summer, and outside of Gana we havent done that.

We are ending up having to give away players he has signed (Delph, Gomes etc) and we sign off a deal for a young player, with low wages on a 1-2 year loan.
