New manager maybe doesn’t even need a different formation or tactics or players. Sometimes a new manager and staff can just bring some confidence. Like what’s happening with Dele Alli at Spurs now.

Not good enough. We’re in the relegation zone before the hard part of the season has really begun and I’ve seen no change to anything that’s come before. All the cool guy persona and giving shirts to players Mums doesn’t hide the fact that he’s signed a group of crap players for a lot of money and has directed the football into some of the worst I’ve ever seen.
