We're treading water with this lot.
They'll rouse to beat a bigger team, no question. But these players he's brought in have no fight in games like this.
He's allowed Marco Silva a valid excuse in not bringing in another centre half or proven/experienced striker IMO.
Perhaps Moise Kean is considered too raw for how Silva wants to setup?

About 2 of us mentioned that bringing in a 19yo as a centre half wasnt likely to impact much.
Selling your best centre mid and not replacing him properly was a big backward step and not improving the centre half position downright negligent.
The `expected' improvement on here has clearly not been borne out and we are soon to play some proper teams.

Poor acquisitions and a gaping hole where a solid CB should be.
We'll be ok, but we wont trouble the top 5. What's assembled here is painfully lacking in coherent team building.
We have to hope we get good draws in the LC and FA cup.
