I doubt that would be our transfer policy mate. I think the management agree across the board that they prefer higher transfer fee with lower wages. 200/wk seems far fetch

He’s on £130 now, to trade Landon City for the North West with no CL footy, we’d need to make the deal financially appealing to him, and 200 was the quoted fee

It's sad that we have so many on here so disappointed with this window. However, it's understandable as the modern fan requires the best after all. I'd like to offer an additional angle. If you track back to the Moyes era prices were far more reasonable. If you look at some of the players Moyes bought their transfer values would easily range from 20 to 30 million today.


All we are really doing is buying good players.

Some will improve.

If they do we will sell them for a profit to a top 6 team.

This is what we did in the Moyes area.

The only difference is prices have ballooned.

Please cast your eyes over the squads from the top 6 last year and get with the reality. they are all better than ours.

Yes, we spend hundreds of millions but nothing has changed!!! 7th at best this season.

Injuries to one or both Mina/Keane and we are massively in trouble with Holgate and an out of position Gbamin at the back.
