Jose’s remit wasn’t to develop young players at the time. He sent all of them away for the good of their careers as they weren’t getting in ahead of Hazard Costa Matic at the time when he’d won the title. He actually called Loftus Cheek out for just swanning around though. He’s not always made Palace’s first team either when fit.
He’s ok but it would be classic Everton overpaying for English premium just like we did with Keane.
