There'll be no quick fixes, you know that. If ALL (putting it all on his head is a bit absurd) of them can get us stable around 4-6th, and I'll certainly take better than that, by the time we're dockside then that's a damn good achievement in a relatively short time. It'll have been aided by the recent fall of some other clubs but that's not our problem and their gain to take advantage of...that's what I'm watching for.

That's well beyond this squad. They dont have the ability, and more importantly they dont have the heart.
