It's already very obvious that Amorim was part of the problem and not a good coach
I actually don't think Amorim was especially terrible. Sure he was far too rigid with his tactics, but he had them at a decent level this season.

He's the sort of coach that needs a certain set up around him and time to build a team though, and that is never going to be them.
