Going rate in this market. He'll come good anyway, not been given a fair crack of the whip so far. Ted Haag will sort him out
He's 29.

And a ratHe's 29.
Whole life ahead of him. He's 29.
Tbh he's so far inside his own arse he's basically licking his own heart.Thinking 300k a week is an insult just highlights out shockingly out of touch these players are
They were going to pay him three times the value of my home for a week's work and he talks like it'd be a pittance
I wish there wasn't a swear filter on here sometimes
This looks like being a confirmation of him as someone who personifies all that's wrong about elite football.
I cant abide him. Football is a sidleline for hius massive uncontrolled ego. No wonder SAF got him out the door ASAP.Tbh he's so far inside his own arse he's basically licking his own heart.
Nah. He's an absolute bellend and thinks the world revolves around him.
If anything it personifies all that is wrong with the cult of personality around football players - he still has fans and people who defend him.
A highlight of football on TV was when he danced for 2 min straight only to then give up and not run anymore and for France to lose in that game in the end. Hope he doesn't get signed by anyone for a while and gets resigned to actually having to prove his worth.
He didn't do it for that, as it has been reported a lot at this point.I cant abide him. Football is a sidleline for hius massive uncontrolled ego. No wonder SAF got him out the door ASAP.
The Chief Exec met fans today, apparently . . . .

Manchester United CEO Richard Arnold Speaks On "Nightmare" Season To Fans
Manchester United CEO Richard Arnold spoke to fans in a pub about the failings of the club and what they are doing to improve with Erik ten Hag at the helm.www.sportbible.com
They really are a bunch of entitled brats at Old Trafford. They can't seem the grasp the concept that nearly all football clubs, no matter how big they are, go through bad times. Managers like Busby & Ferguson don't come around too often. Talk about being spoilt.......Strewth.Good on him, that Arnold.
He’s came out, when he didn’t have to, and spoke honestly about United.
The knobhead who recorded him, is beyond out of order. He’s bought you all a pint, took time out of his day, and they’ve screwed him over.
It's even worse when they were planning on actually harassing him outside of house; while he's been at the club for a while, the football side hasn't been his remit.Good on him, that Arnold.

You still here ya kopite tit?Their fanbase is about to explode, 2nd time they've protested outside a CEO's house, they did it to Woodward outside his house early last season , and didn't they do it to Rooney as well when he was heavily linked to City and apprehensive over signing a new contract, protesting getting games postponed, pitch invasions etc etc, not a happy place OT.
Do they even have the patience for Ten Haag to put his footprint on the team, if they finish outside the top 4 again even with having finally a playing style that shows some progress will they be happy, they've been spoilt in having a once in a lifetime manager and it's warped their view, they just expect PL titles and trophies every season.
Tough job for Ten Haag, I'd be surprised if he lasts 2 seasons, the job seems to be a poisoned chalice since Fergie retired.
