There's no evidence he can start twice in 3 days. This game is a write off so why risk a player with enormous injury problems. We can beat Brighton at home with him.

We would all be berating Lampard for rushing him back if he got an injury coming off the bench against Wolves and lose him for a month. Probably medical advice. Time will tell.

DCL had 6 weeks to recover from injury but wasn’t even on the bench in a relegation 6 pointer, but then starts against City away a few days later… You don’t get more Ev than that.
