These will absolutely batter us because our midfield will press high and get nowhere near Silva and Fernandinho. Also De Bruyne will probably be back too.

The next 3 weeks are the reason our last two results have been a disaster. I see no more than one point from 4 games.

3-0 City.

..I wonder if Silva tweaked a hamstring at Chelsea. It’s a funny old game is football, folk on here predicting we would batter Newcastle and beat Watford. You just never know.

Typical Everton, drop points against absolute guff like Newcastle and Watford before a game against City. I'm torn here, we have shown signs in the last two games that we have been deeply affected by the anfield result and I'm worried if we go out and get annihilated, that will be 4 without a win and might put us into some pretty worrying form with some tough games coming up after.

On the other hand, a win might set us back on track but may also put Liverpool 4 points clear, a draw even would be an incredible result for us but would give the RS an enormous boost.

FFS Everton!

...they’re a team that generally try and walk the ball into the goal but that approach can sometimes come unstuck if it’s not your day. City are fantastic and will almost certainly win but they will drop points this season because of the way they play.
