Nothing wrong in trying to contain City in the first half at all.

There are 2 halves of football to be played, changes can be made and am sure will.

...we were awful with 3 at the back in the first half against Stoke, they kept getting in behind Keane. I really fear City will be more adept at doing this although Holgate will be more effective than DCL out there.

It looks like a team ready to protect a seige. I just want us to be better than that but I accept it's work in progress. It'll probably be a matter of fighting whilst we have something to hold on to, then change it once they score.

Schneiderlin Gana & Davies arent exactly the Barry or McCarthy defensive mids.

Have a bit of faith man ....we havent kicked a ball yet.

Not too happy about the formation, especially after how poor we were against Stoke in the first half, 3 at the back just doesn't work for us when you have Jags and Williams who are not ball playing centre-halves.

I'm happy to see Rooney in a No 9 position, I think it's his best position.
