Fancy you lot to beat the chav lottery winners tonight. I hope I am right. You feel that a knock to their confidence could send them spiralling for a while which would be music to our ears - Rooney knows where the net is against the liars so hopefully a brace.
You sound like a very small minded bitter person.

Our weakest point in defence is cuco Martina, so I can see Pep trying to exploit that. The guy can be great going forward, but he can't defend. Add to the fact that we haven't got Barkley or Lukaku getting in behind City on the counter, it's gonna be a long night. I'm gonna go for a 1-1. City fans have a bitter taste in their mouth after us beating them so much, the only excuse they have is saying this is our cup final, which is friggin hilarious.

Sane will terror him.

Can't see anything but a City win tonight. Their defence improves by about 500% when Kompany is fit. He almost makes Otamendi look like a professional footballer.

Think Jesus will give us a very thorough rogering and they'll absolutely pummel us on the flanks. God only knows how many penalties Jagielka will concede this time (he's crap now).

If dead ball Gylfi gets some game time, we might have a chance from a free kick. But other than that it's 3-0 City.

Prove me wrong, Everton. Prove me wrong.

think they'll win by a few to be fair, didn't play well against any team who finished above us last season, except maybe united

edit* play well AWAY

I think 2-1 either way, with the positive quarter of me thinking it may go in our favour. Stones to cock up in defence and Wazza to slot the winner home in the 86th minute.

If we can score more goals than them, we'll be in with a great chance of winning. We just need to make sure we score at least one goal against them, while nullifying their attempts on our goal for the whole match (and not concede any penalties or own goals). I'd happily take a big Everton win, a top performance and all 3 points tonight.
