Well a children's music concert just got bombed by terrorists for a start? Is there not a problem mate no? right okay.

Google doesn't have great images of the area but it's like this, would be people waiting at the McDonalds on the right, people exiting through the doors there and people heading from/towards the car park entrances/lifts also by the McDonalds. Lots of people there. Absolutely terrifying.

Would hazard a guess at that being by the McDonalds at the top of the staircase in Victoria. Probably why that was so quickly shut down too.

I understand but the problem with that is that an electrical fault doesn't deliberately murder people, it's that people want to go and do mass murder. Both are devastating but one is despicable!
