He was my 2nd choice on the ones that we supposedly wanted,but no boss no matter how good he is,would make any difference,dont get these peope who say get a winner in terms of a boss and we will supposedly going and win everything etc,that wont happen till these players grow some balls and stop hiding/not playing

I almost feel like our players think they are playing for a school team,just turn up,play go home and not care at all,sick of our players saying we need to show up next game etc and we owe the fans,,its same stuff week in,week out,

If we cannot afford to sign new players, then we need someone to get the best out of what we have. Silva is failing miserably at this and so must go.
