I was a big fan of Baines, but I don't think that's the reason because he doesn't really get into positions reliably anymore either.

I actually think he's finished at this level. He flies under the radar because of his past reputation and because it isn't deemed a crucial part of the tactical set up, but he's done next to nothing for a very long time now.
