If you can have 2 keepers on the bench are you allowed to have more than 1 keeper as a keeper on the pitch? If it's 0-0 at half-time that could be Beto and Ndiaye off and Virginia and Begovic on to help Pickford out. Point guaranteed (almost). You can have multiple defenders, midfielders and forwards on the pitch so why not keepers?

If we can't it seems like discrimination against us seeing as we've got so many options in that position.

Maybe Virginia or Begovic are outstanding Strikers and Dyche is going to throw one up front with 10 to go.

Definitely BS. O'Brien is currently 4th choice, but he maybe thought he'd be 3rd choice, ie first backup. Either way he was never going to be playing much this season barring multiple injuries.

I am not saying it is true but you have answered your own question, Obrien is 4th choice, and so would probs want out if was guaranteed playing time originally
