Would United winning tonight increase or decrease our chances on Sunday? I'm leaning towards Amorim getting his first win out of the way tonight...
I’d like them to get battered and be under huge pressure after poor results against two no marks
We’re a rubbish team but I could see us capitalising on a more mentally weak team than a team just after a feel good win

If Dyche had a brain, he would use this game as a perfect opportunity to set up a new formation given we have a big December with a lot of big teams.

I think it's time for a 3-5-2 and with Wolves as priority, I want to see changes and new legs on in.

Dyche HAS to start to use his squad because seeing the same old, same old isn't working and he is running his regulars into the ground. Plus some players need to be taken out of the firing line.

The big call is Beto in. He deserves his chance and yes it's going to be tough v Man U but he can make his mark.

My XI v United:
Pickford
O'Brien - Tarkowski - Branthwaite
Patterson - Mangala - Gueye - Doucoure - Young
Beto - Ndiaye

We can rest up some players like Mykolenko, DCL, McNeil for Wolves but it means we can move the formation around drop into a narrow low block but also create width with the full-backs.

They will win comfortably tonight, but Sunday will depend on how much respect we show them and whether we have a go at them or Dyche plays for a point.

Watched it and they were far from comfortable. They are quite open.
The thing that will annoy me on sunday is dyche will send that team out with the mindset that it cant win. That the best they can target is a 0-0 or 1-1.

We've had some pretty poor performances bailed out by playing against average opposition lately. This run of fixtures starting with the weekend just feels like we're going to be put out of our misery.

The defence has looked better but has it really been tested? We'll see on Sunday how it holds up.
My hope, frail though it is, is that we do better when expecting to be hammered frequently. 1-1
