That FA Cup Semi was so demoralising. Couldn’t get tickets outside Wembley in our end for less than £500 each (no thanks!) so was in the green man. The pub exploded when we went a goal up and the atmosphere was unreal. Then we just bottled it so much in the second half it was so sad

good team but once again bottled it when it mattered,moyes negativity rubbed off on the team,
the performance at wembley was criminal,summed up by the distin nightmare!

Typical Everton, put in a great performance after a must win game, couldn't care less what we did against man u, i will always remember moyes for that semi as the biggest bottler Everton has ever seen.

That 4-4 was one of the best games of the Premier League era and it's no wonder Sky often repeat it. It was a rare time Moyes threw off the shackles while away from home at top four club.

Those two late goals by us at Old Trafford are what many United fans I know always say cost them the title that season.

For us with a longer memory, perhaps it was a bit of belated revenge for when their 10 men sucker punched us at Wembley and cost us a treble.

Even at 4-2 down I was thinking that at least we had a go and I was quite happy with that. What happened after that blew me away. Great game and Ferguson was sour after that.
