Yes it is but Fulham could easily charge £35 for this. With your coach travel it's £48, usually that would be just for a ticket at some grounds!
Not everyone who attends league away will go to this so the likelihood of it going to general sale is high to give fans a chance who haven't been able to get to one yet.
Anyways, I think some fans are only interested in building their away credits than going the match so they won't be buying one for this.
