besic is a great player, but he has too much confidence. he tries to do too much. maybe trying too hard to make an impression

Confidence is never a bad thing, yet with Besic it needs to be balanced with experience. The back heel at Chelsea was a prime example.

With more time he players in the Premier League, he'll start to manage his confidence and ability a little better.

He's stepped up from a relatively 'poor' league, so I'm sure it is quite steep learning curve.T Talent isn't always enough.

On another note, how that isn't a red is beyond me. Especially as he's seen the tackle quite clearly. Oh well.
