Cracking point, just thought if we held the lead another 10 mins we'd have got another. But very happy with a point STILL only one defeat in eight.

See I disagree with that. As a unit we weren't good. Without Stekelenberg having a blinder, that's a hiding we take today - that isn't a good defensive performance.

I don't care as we got the point anyway, but if we play like that against other top sides, we'll have our arses handed to us on a plate nine times out of ten.
No other side is as strong as city. We've just got a point from our most difficult fixture.

Disappointing to concede in the way we did after such an impressive display from Stekelenburg but a point from the Etihad against possibly the best side/manager in the league is a good result.

He also bought Bolasie.

I don't know about Bolasie. Strikes me as a mid table player
I agree he is.

But if he does what is asked of him and provide pace and crosses then the sum of the team improves.

Leiscter won the league with largely championship and bottom 3 players, they just raised their game massively.

Good for you, happy clap all the way home lad, I thought it was crap, you're blind if you think otherwise.

If you thought Norman was going to take over, miss his targets in the transfer market and then turn Everton into Barcelona within weeks you need to have a wee word with yourself.
We need to get to the next transfer window and be in the best possible shape to attract better players, an away point at the league leaders is a bonus. What made us a bottom half team was that we were easy to play against and to beat. Results first, performances to follow.

We (Rom in this case) are still celebrating goals too much. Not as bad as Bouremouth last year but should have just concentrated on steadying the ship and they can celebrate at the end of the match
