Fundamentally the PL want the same elite winning on rotation to keep the ‘product’ successful

Newly wealthy clubs want to compete with that elite and have the money to do so

There’s just no good middle ground, too much money involved that no one will give an inch.

I do recall them being found guilty by UEFA.

You lot learned that not co-operating would get most of the charges time-barred by CAS and have been at the same game ever since. Dodgy sponsorship deals and false payments and financial statements and simply refusing to co-operate when it's identified.

It's almost as though they know the outcome.

Who would be surprised if it emerges that just like Boris Johnson smoothing the way for Saudi Arabia theres some UAE deal hanging in the balance that could be derailed by City getting a legal pounding?

If you’re my age you’ve seen your club in League One and been through every low as well as every high

Embrace what your club is

This is your time, and if you’re old enough you paid many a penance to get here

Just stop trying to argue this as anything other than you guys winning the lottery and breaking the league at the same time
