I don't know if I believe a ton of clubs are interested in that price. Take liverpool, it's not really their MO to take on young, relatively unproven players at fees like that.

It sounds to me like his agency are trying to will elite club offers into existence. At the moment the actual concrete interest we know about is us and Forest.

The likes of Liverpool may well have checked in and be keeping tabs but like you say their MO would more be to keep tabs for now and pay a bit more to get him once further developed.
