Yeah he didn’t go big on this one to be fair to him. Just said we had bid. He does have form for going early on deals being done but he never said that in this case.

You have to question who’s targeting players who have clearly outlined their desire to play champions league football.

It should be established quickly whether there is any interest in joining, before bidding. Then to use mouthpieces to create a false hope, it’s just poor and a waste of every one’s time.
