By saying that its clear Roberto wants him and he thinks he's got him.

The fact that @BelgoFoot thinks the Wolfsburg source is a reliable one worries me a bit tbh - think the agent he refs was the first to break the KDB news.

Once Altetico were out of the picture, the team that has been the most realistic rival to us for Rom's signature is Wolfsburg - first team football, lots of money, already signed Lukaku's best mate in Kevin de Bruyne, as much chance (if not more) of getting CL football and least risk of Chelsea looking fools ala Sturridge.

The things in our favour have been that Lukaku already knows he works well with our manager/team/league.

Hopefully it is all a jarg rumour and we Martinez comments are true and we'll see Lukaku in an Everton shirt soon.

I'd take a video of the Everton manager saying "of course we'll get him" in response to a direct question, ahead of the crap-spewing, fake ITK infested, horror filled mess of humanity that is Twitter mate.

We can out spend them wolfsburg though.

As mentioned to match us pound for pound they have to pay 25% more in Euros.

Both in the fee and wages

I know that makes sense Tubey - just can't help worrying mate!

Daft thing is I've been pretty confident we'd get him the past two weeks, last minute nerves I guess.
