Lukaku Agent: “Something’s changed at Everton”

Seriously?
The fella is hedging his bets incase nothing turns up!
We have a valuation of our player, the big clubs like chelsea, city, united, psg or juventus seem to not want to go for it at the moment,
So now all the arsenal talk comes about, not a coincidence i think!

From the sounds of it the only real interest coming out is from i would guess Juventus as mentioning the serie A from all the possible leagues isn't exactly a stand out league currently, Roma can't match our valuation and neither can the likes of Napoli, Lazio, Inter or AC who Raiola usually prefers to do business with.

It certainly looks like Rom or his agent have been told if someone bids in excess of this we won't stand in his way but unless this valuation is matched he still has 3 years to go and we have no need to sell from a financial basis, the "something has changed" part is just in reference to the fact Moshiri is running us like a proper club who puts there foot down, something Levy at Tottenham has done well over past few years with the likes of modric and bale.

Only team i can see that could afford him and would willingly pay this summer is PSG.

"I am afraid of my life of that new Russian director."

Like a boss.

R.I.P. "Super Agent".

Thing is though, Raiola represents a number of clients. It might actually be counter productive for him to be black listed by Everton. I agree though definitely seems like an agreement has been struck here on his leaving - north of 60mill i would say.

Sounds like we have put some manners on him.

"So, Mr. Raiola. We meet at last."

Lads, Raiola isn't like Rooney's first agent, he'll be backed by some pretty interesting characters himself or someone would have muscled him out ages ago.

If it's solved, it'll be solved by us making him even richer than he is now and not by introducing him to some chaps who eat steel for breakfast

And "hedging his bets" is a significant change in stance if itself.

The message before was that he was deffo off.

He has painted himself into a corner......it has to be a "world power"

Only three teams in this country fall into that category......and Arsenal ain't one of them.

He has ruled out Italy....and by extension Juventus.

So that leaves six clubs by the agent's own yardstick.

Real, Barcelona, PSG (btw, a very wealthy club but hardly a "world power" in footballing terms), Chelsea, United and City.

So if it was not one of those clubs the agent would look rather silly.

But...."things are changing at Everton"......:)

That is his get out of jail free card.

Rom is staying ;)

Now let our Russian enforcer speak to young Master Stones's people

Its backtracking, Everton won't accept a penny less than their valuation and looks like no ones taking a bite.

New Everton won't be bullied

yep I would say he's been told to pipe right down and IF a big offer that we deem acceptable comes in we will play ball, but if not don't expect us to pander to his and his clients wants.

Quietly and efficiently I believe the tide is turning.

It sounds like he has been told two things: "1. Unless our valuation is met (£65m?) Rom is staying 2. If he sulks we will let him train with the kids for 3 years. We can afford that no problem as we are MINTED."
