Dunno whether the game will be on or not as it says Two and a half men is on at 15:00 local time, the time the game is meant to kick-off,this may of been due to the fact that the game was only announced yesterday and they have not updated the schedule since mind.

Guys, the game will not be on TV7 as mentioned earlier. In fact, even journalists will not be allowed to report live from the game (and even if they were, currently the radio station is transmitting the Australia-Bulgaria volleyball game from the Olympics). Otherwise, the game is on, Ludogorets have been impressed by the Everton team bus (!) and are getting ready for the kick-off in a couple of minutes.
