Does anyone have any lucky mascots that genuinely work in favour of our magnificent team. I'll nominate myself and my eldest brother as exhibit one.
We went to our first game for 5 years on Saturday and, hey presto 3 points. Our 3 previous visits were 5,6 and 7 years ago, all 1-0 wins.
On Saturday, we were accompanied by another brother who's spent over 30 years in the middle east. Saturday was his first game for 14 years when we beat Man City. It was the first time we'd all gone to the game together for 49 years.
I suspect our luck would run out if we went more often!
