Auch macca, he's got nothing in front of him. There's zero chemistry up our left side and all he's being used for is the occasional get to the bye line and swing it in, aiming for Richy whos up against Dunk, and then James and Coleman coming in behind again against guys half a foot bigger.

Are we really slating Digne tonight? He wasn't particularly good, but the players to the right and ahead of him today were absolutely shocking. Almost zero effort from Sigurdsson, Holgate and Richarlison tonight. Richarlison was awful on the ball (him and Calvert-Lewin both have been over the last few games) and the midfield passing and ball retention were abysmal. Digne was literally the only player putting himself in attacking positions tonight, other than a couple of runs by Colemen.

We can't carry on the old routine of slating our better players when we don't win. It is the dross around the better players that let us down. Our better players will only be able to show full skillset with more better players around them.

Don’t know if it’s because he gets hardly any support.

I’d prefer Godfrey at LB with Digne infront.
