Acquitted himself well there against EPL opposition. CBs don’t have to be 6’2” & 15st if they read the game well. I’d like to think Carlo has seen enough to know we don’t need another panic buy should the right player at the right price not come along. Nkounkou looks ready to cover LB.

I bet he could cover DM too.

Shows a really good balance in the backline. Both Digne and Coleman can link as the third CB while the other travels forward. Solid and dynamic under Carlo.
