Was he injured before the two early corners which he played straight to Arsenal players having walked across the whole pitch to take them? Add to that his terrible crosses and what else was there?

Defensively Digne is way below the standard required and that includes last season when he was good going forward , an italian manager will get shut immediately , but we will at least get decent money for him unlike the other dross we have purchased

Carlo loves his fullbacks to bomb up and down. He will use Digne to a great effect. He's not at his best this season, but we know hes quality. Not his fault he was coached by some fraud who won the league in Greece once. He'll learn from a guy who crafted Maldini and Cafu from now on.

The Everton curse. Anyone with a decent cross or set piece seems to inevitably crumble. Remember Bilyaletdinov's unbelievable corners in his first couple of games? That didn't last long.

Baines too, sending some some absolute stinkers.

I can never understand why, when a free kick is taken from wide positions its not bent in towards the keeper. One CB hits the front post and DCL / Mina attacking the penalty spot. Any kind of touch / deflection and anything can happen.

Looked like he couldn't kick it as hard as usual today. Corners weren't beating the first man and long passes were fading out. Hopefully he can get his fitness back as having two dangerous full backs is good to have in your arsenal.
