A privelege to watch him play
An honour and privilege really.

We paid about 18m for him i think and he's come in and instantly become our most important player. That's about what Bournemouth paid for that useless get Jordan Ibe, and less than they paid for the even more useless get Dominic Solanke.

Can't think of another left back in the world who offers as much as he does. Robertson is good for Liverpool and gets plenty of crosses in, and probably looks better than he actually is because the strikers they have are much better than what we have, hence they are able to turn crosses into goals. If Digne was in the Liverpool team the media would be waxing lyrical about him.

A great free kick, and a sensual piece of football leading up to his assist for Richarlison. Give him a 7-year contract and the captain's armband next season.

I know an Imp fan and he was rather happy when he saw the team sheet and Baines wasn’t playing as in his own words, “He tore us one when we played.”

He text me this morning explaining that he now wished Baines had played last night, which is a telling compliment.

Attacking wise he's better than Baines, I'm saying it.
That’s a difficult one really as the partnership he built with Pienaar was beyond exceptional, so it’s sometimes hard to compare just him if that makes sense.

Wouldn't be surprised if Barca came knocking asking for him back. I'd sell him... for 140m. If Harry kin Maguire is worth 80m than Digne is easily worth more. I hope he's with us for years to come.

He is certainly worth a lot of money now, a fantastic signing. Would be interesting to see what the experts on here thought of it when he first signed.

That sleight of feet for the fourth goal was a joy to behold. What quick-thinking excellence it truly was. If that was Alexander Arnold of Liverpool or whatever his name is then Sky would have been showing highlights of that for the rest of the week.
