Genuinely never heard that term before in my life.
But mate, its a Rugby term.
It honestly has no meaning in the footy.
- Outside backs (rugby league), the threequarters, i.e. the wings, and centres in rugby league football
- Outside backs (rugby union), the three-quarters, i.e. the wings, and centres in rugby union football

Apologies if it confused or offends but it’s annoying when terminology differences are called out just because we’re from different places, especially when the intended meaning is so obviously clear.
