Can actually play football too and kick a ball near team mates. Similar to Baines in that regard but has legs remaining too.

The only concerns I have about him are going forward in attack and making the next step in his progression because I’ve watched him at Barca and he didn’t look like he could but whilst he was on loan at Roma, he looked like he could take that step forward but hasn’t.

Good deal though so ya can’t knock it.

We all love Baines. However , there comes a time for all things to end . This guy is our new LB and good luck to him. Leighton should get some game time in matches against poorer teams when he can bomb on down the wing.
